If you read my story about the razors, which has gone right down to the end now, you will be interested in this.
I have found out that the man who invented the first razor was called Ockham, and he thought that simple things were better than complicated ones. So that must be why the first razors only had one blade. Then they probably had to wait until Ockham had died before they started putting more and more blades on them and that’s why it took so long. So it might not have been marketing after all.
